The BBC's superb selection of commercial websites have become an incredibly popular place for brands to advertise. For this project, Chevrolet tasked the BBC to create a campaign that generated awareness for their new launch, the Aveo. Our solution was 'Inspirational Days Out' – a microsite which not only gave the audience great ideas for days out in their cars, but encouraged them to suggest their favourites adventures. Participants would be entered into a draw to win a brand new Chevrolet.

The final part of the campaign involved a series of UI updates to open the public vote. Gradually as the votes came in, the site was refreshed until it had been narrowed down to the last three.

The microsite, which was hosted on Radiotimes.com, was supported by features in Gardeners World and Radiotimes magazines, as well as online ads throughout the BBC network.
